Fat Shredding Workshop

Welcome to the Fat Shredding Workshop! The complete package if you want to learn all about workouts to shred fat and how to work out your nutrition personally for you! This workshop is led my owner James and he will unload all his knowledge and experience teaching and showing you different workout styles and the right nutrition to shred fat! This workshop will cover 2 days (Saturday and Sunday) and you will cover

  • What exactly is a “fat burning workout!”
  • What happens to the body in the “fat burning state” and how to achieve it!
  • HIIT Training (High Intensity Interval Training), you will do a seminar learning what it is and how to do it! You will also do a HIIT session with James!
  • Tabata Training, you will do a seminar learning what it is and how to do it! You will also do a Tabata session with James!
  • PHA Training (Peripheral Heart Action Training), you will do a seminar learning what it is and how to do it! You will also do a HIIT session with James!
  • A nutrition seminar when you will learn about the 3 macros (protein, fats and carbs) and why they are so important to shredding fat. You will also learn exactly how much protein, fats and carbs you personally need to be consuming to shred fat!

1230-1330- Nutrition seminar (working out your nutrition)
