The James Evans’ Workouts are based on James’ actual workouts. A monthly set of workouts available to all members to use at the gym. You can also download them to use in your own gym if you are not local to Xtreme Gyms.

We often get asked to provide training plans for clients who want to train like James and get the best results that they can from the gym. You have all seen him working out and now you can use his own workouts yourself w
ith the James Evans’ Workouts!

James is a professional personal trainer and life coach. As well as training individuals at Xtreme Gyms he runs a number of classes that he has designed himself. He also runs Xtreme Boot Camps where clients from all over the globe join him for 3 days to 2 weeks to take part in his intense fitness course. His courses include tough fitness challenges and a complete nutritional programme. All of his clients see a dramatic improvement in their fitness during their stay and a reduction in their dress size.

With the James Evans’ Workouts, you can now reach your weight training goals whatever they are! Each month the workouts will be available on here for you to download or you can pick up copies from the gym. If you are looking for more complete workouts James also has a series of videos available for free and for an intense home workout, his full length Cardio and Fat Burning Workout is available on DVD and download.

Each month we will also load a video with James demonstrating the workouts just in case you need extra help with form. These workouts are real workouts that James does so you know there is no mucking about!
