Training from a very young age, James has tried and tested most training and dieting methods that are out there.
James has always been a keen sportsman. As well as representing his county at football, he is a martial arts enthusiast and competed from a young age.
As a qualified level 5 personal trainer and life coach, where he met Adam. together they have helped many clients to reach their own fitness goals using a variety of individually tailored techniques including personal weight loss and body-building programmes.
James co-founded Xtreme Boot Camps and Xtreme Gyms to enable him to share his experiences to bring a fun yet challenging fitness programme to members.
Adam qualified in the Army as a Physical Training Instructor (PTI) he has a vast knowledge on what it takes to prepare soldiers for the physical demands of operational and non-operational deployments. Adam is also qualifies as a civilian level 5 personal trainer and life coach and has extensive experience ensuring troops were physically fit to deploy on operations and in helping civilians to reach their fitness and weight goals.
Adam and James met whilst studying together for their life coach qualifications where together they have made a formidable team.
Qualified in numerous other adventure training pursuits, Adam brings a wealth of professional and personal experience to lessons, encouraging individuals to reach their maximum physical and mental potential with a ‘Can Do’ attitude.
