Adam qualified in the Army as a Physical Training Instructor (PTI) he has a vast knowledge on what it takes to prepare soldiers for the physical demands of operational and non-operational deployments. Adam is also qualified as a civilian level 5 personal trainer and life coach and has extensive experience ensuring troops were physically fit to deploy on operations and in helping civilians to reach their fitness and weight goals.
Adam and James met whilst studying together for their life coach qualifications where together they have made a formidable team.

Nathalie has recently qualified as a personal trainer, however, has over 5 years of vast fitness experience and many aspirations to continue growing her expertise.
Having overcome anorexia, bulimia, being overweight, anxiety, panic attacks, binge eating and extreme dieting, Nathalie is an expert in mastering mindset and building confidence through exercise with an impressive personal transformation.
Nathalie offers all types of training determined by your own personal goals and specialises in fat loss training, circuits and HIIT. Her goal is to build a platform that motivates, inspires and helps others transform every aspect of their lives.
