Welcome to the Xtreme 10 Challenge! 10 Weeks, 10 Workouts and 10 Recipes to a new you! We have made this challenge as simple and effective as possible to ensure you get guaranteed results! All you need to do is simply follow it!

10 Workouts- Even though there are only 10 workouts each workout is different and you will train in many styles to ensure you get results!

HIIT Training- High Intensity Interval Training, this is explosive training where you work really hard for a short period of time and then recover. The objective is to put you in a state of EPOC! (Excess Post Exercise Oxygen Consumption, the “fat burning effect)

Tabata Training- Working in very short bursts of 20 seconds work with 10 seconds rest!

PHA Training- Peripheral Heart Action Training, this style is the most effective way to shred fat and massively increase your fitness at the same time. It incorporates weight training and cardiovascular training!

Weight Training- We need to maintain muscle mass and strength so we have incorporated resistance training into the program by splitting upper and lower body!

10 Recipes- We have hand picked 10 recipes from our online training that are the most popular and easiest to make! All you need to do is simply eat 3 a day and follow the instructions and quantities! ALL OF THE CALORIES AND MACROS HAVE BEEN DONE FOR YOU! If you want more recipes there are loads more to choose from on the program!
